What is the difference between Clean, Skrub, and Scour?
Clean scans once a week (every Monday) and sends you a health report. Skrub scans twice a week, adds duplicate auto-fix, and is better for active sales teams. Scour runs every day, auto-fixes every scan, and sends Slack alerts for critical issues — best for high-volume pipelines or agencies.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
No. The prices shown ($49.99, $99.99, and $179.99) exclude applicable sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout by Stripe based on your billing address and local tax regulations.
Is my CRM data safe?
Yes. We connect using a read-only API key by default. Your key is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never appears in logs. We do not store raw contact or deal data — only summary counts.
When is Salesforce available?
The Salesforce integration is built and tested — we are finalising pricing and onboarding flow. Sign up to any HubSpot plan now and we will notify you when Salesforce is live.
What CRMs are coming after Salesforce?
We are evaluating Pipedrive, Monday CRM, and Zoho based on customer demand. If you use a CRM not listed, email us and it goes on the roadmap.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Switch between Clean, Skrub, and Scour at any time through your account. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel through Stripe or by emailing us. Your plan stops at the end of the current billing period. No fees, no questions.
